Before the celebration, make room for yourself. The Diamond is ninety minutes of being looked after, with forty sparkle strands to carry into everything that comes next.

  1. A drink, your choiceCeremonial cacao, chilled sparkling wine, or hot spiced apple cider.
  2. Music and a few slow breathsA moment to put the day down while your foot soak is poured.
  3. Rose and magnesium foot soakWarm water and rose petals. Your feet stay in the soak while I work.
  4. Scalp and face massageWarm hands at your temples and fingers in your scalp, with your feet still soaking.
  5. Forty sparkle strandsHand-tied, one at a time, while your feet stay in the water.
  6. Feet dried, massaged, and finished with rose creamThe soak ends when the sparkles are done. A foot massage and rose cream finish the ritual.
